Start the way you would start with someone new: one concrete task, the information they need, and what they are allowed to do.
2 · Give it the information and the permissions.
Attach the files, explain the rules that matter for that task, and authorize only the accounts it is going to use. You decide what it can do directly and what needs your approval.
3 · Review the result or authorize the action.
Betyy gives you back the work and tells you what it needs from you: a decision, a piece of data or your sign-off. A draft is never shown as sent; a post waiting for approval is never shown as published.

When you ask for it, it makes an encrypted backup of that setup in the cloud. You can hold the recovery phrase yourself: if you choose that option, it never leaves your computer, and without it that backup cannot be opened.

It works with your files and folders, with the web and with the tools you already have installed. What you do not ask it for and do not authorize, it does not touch.
