Who can approve?
Whoever you decide. The owner and the people with approval permission can sign off on a proposal, a prepared piece of work or a post. The rest of the team works without that key.
Can I export the information?
Yes. The owner exports the business information and the customer context from the account, whenever they want and without asking anyone.
What happens if someone leaves the team?
You remove their access from Team and they stop getting in. What they approved while they were there stays part of the business: the knowledge does not leave with the person.
